Who Am I?
The objective of this module is to create an awareness in participants that they play a role in the organization’s Diversity and Inclusion culture and to help them to self-identify their role.

Why Diversity & Inclusion
In this module, we will cover who needs a Diversity and Inclusion program and why it is so important to have one.

Module #3
Unpacking Common Stereotypes
In this module, we will discuss the various stereotypes as well as explain the differences between a stereotype and an implicit bias.

The Art of Communication
In this module we will talk about internal vs external customers, learn the difference between a thermostat and a thermometer, and discuss what it means to have a genuine desire to listen.

Know the Law
In this module, we will cover the EEOC, employment discrimination, protected classes and the purpose of current legislation.

If Employees Are Not Okay,
Your Company Is Not OkayIn this module, we will cover documenting and reporting incidents and how an employer should respond when an incident is reported.

In this module, we cover why we should look beyond the surface, creating an inclusive environment, and why we are better together.

This core teaching helps everyone self-identify the role they can play and brings to light how each person as an individual is integral in the bigger picture process.
The Pioneer
Fully aware of the lack in Diversity & Inclusion and is willing to lead the charge for change (usually only 1 person)
The Champion
Knows there is a lack in Diversity & Inclusion and wants to help and add value wherever they can to push this initiative (Usually a few)
The Influencer
Recognizes the problem, rallies the team and uses their own voice to bring awareness (Most people will fall in this category)
