DIFFICULT TO MEASURE

More often than not, the neighborhoods where Americans live, the politicians and propositions they vote for, the cultures they immerse themselves in, the friends and spouses they have, the churches and schools they attend, and the way they view themselves are defined by ethnicity. The question is whether, in the midst of such change, there is also enough glue to hold Americans together.

Good Leaders Ask Great Questions, delves into the process of becoming a successful leader by examining how questions can be used to our advantage. What are the questions leaders should ask themselves? What questions should they ask members of their team? We respond to the some of the toughest problems leaders present.

We confront questions about what it takes to achieve our professional best and select questions on the most popular topics, including:

  • How can I discover my unique purpose as a leader?

  • What is the most effective daily habit that any leader should develop?

  • How do you motivate an unmotivated person?

  • How would you work with a difficult leader who has no vision?

This training curriculum will help you understand how personal growth really works, and how you can develop yourself to become a more effective and fulfilled individual. You will learn how to build up your sense of purpose and become more successful in every area of your life. Become the person you are destined to be! The goal in this course is simply this: to help you learn how to grow and develop yourself so you have the best chance of becoming the person you were created to be. You’re going to quickly recognize how these laws can help you be more successful in every area of life, building up your sense of purpose, your passion, and your potential. You’re now setting out on a journey to better understand how personal growth really works, and how you can become a more effective and fulfilled individual. I’m convinced you’ll experience a continual increase in your desire to grow, and you’ll soon find yourself becoming better than you are today. You’ll see a clear pathway forward for growing in character, advancing in your career skills, enriching your relationships, and enhancing your life-management skills.

To become more than "the boss" people follow only because they are required to, you have to master the ability to invest in people and inspire them. To grow further in your role, you must achieve results and build a team that produces. You need to help people to develop their skills to become leaders in their own right. If you have the skill and dedication, you can reach the pinnacle of leadership-where experience will allow you to extend your influence beyond your immediate reach and time for the benefit of others.

The 5 Levels of Leadership are:
1. Position - People follow because they have to.
2. Permission - People follow because they want to.
3. Production - People follow because of what you have done for the organization.
4. People Development - People follow because of what you have done for them personally.
5. Pinnacle - People follow because of who you are and what you represent.

True leadership is not a matter of having a certain job or title. In fact, being chosen for a position is only the first of the five levels every effective leader achieves.

  • In this curriculum, participants are exposed to the five stages of leadership and it’s explained how to maximize each one to become more influential, respected, and successful

  • For each level, we will discusses the upsides and downsides associated with leading at that level as well as the beliefs and behaviors necessary to move from level to level:

    • Position - People follow because they have to.

    • Permission - People follow because they want to.

    • Production - People follow because of what you have done for the organization.

    • People Development - People follow because of what you have done for them personally.

    • Pinnacle - People follow because of who you are and what you represent.

“When you intentionally use your influence every day to bring about positive change in the lives of others, you achieve significance.” There is a big difference between a life of good intentions and an intentional life. Almost everyone has good intentions. An intentional life, however, has thought and purpose to it. And the best thing about intentional living is it’s within everyone’s reach.

This class takes us on a well-worn path in the pursuit of raw leadership by examining what every human has in common; those experiences we can all say, “I have been there.”  Every one of us has experienced a disappointing loss in our own personal growth or leadership.  How we have responded to those mistakes, errors, slips in judgment or just plain missing the goal has formed us even now.  No bad experience has to ultimately defeat us.  This class helps light the path to a more fulfilling life by examining loss, not from measuring what one does not have, but how loss can bring abundance.  Every negative event or loss that occurs can become a great learning opportunity to take us all the newer and greater heights in our own lives.

What Do You Need to Make Your Dreams Come True?
Your dream has power. It can inspire you. It can empower you. But will it reward you? In this course to reaching your dreams, this class shows you how to do the things needed to make your dream come true. Most people fail to realize their potential because their dream remains hypothetical. Put Your Dream to the Test takes your dream from ethereal to achievable. This class shows you how to crystallize your vision and galvanize your commitment by instructing you how to answer ‘yes’ to questions like:

  • Is my dream really my dream?

  • Am I depending on factors in my control to achieve my dream?

  • Do I have a strategy to achieve my dream?

  • Have I included the people I need to realize my dream?

  • Am I willing to pay the price for my dream?

  • Does my dream benefit others?
